Darui Electric recommends
Flange-type stainless steel heating tubes are highly compact and densely structured. Due to their short and dense overall design, they offer good stability and require no support brackets for installation.
The combined type mostly uses argon arc welding to connect the heating tubes to the flange, or it can use a fastening device form, where each heating tube is welded with fasteners. Then, they are locked with nuts onto the flange cover. The tubes and fasteners are argon arc welded, ensuring no leakage. The sealing area of the fasteners uses scientific processes. Single tube replacement is extremely convenient, greatly reducing future maintenance costs.
We select high-quality materials from both domestic and international sources. With scientific production processes and strict quality management, we ensure the superior electrical performance of the heating tubes.
Overview and working principle: Flange-type stainless steel heating tubes (also known as insertion-type electric heaters) use U-shaped tubular heating elements. According to the design specifications for different heating media and power configuration requirements, they are assembled on the flange cover and inserted into the material to be heated. When the heating elements work, they generate a large amount of heat that is conducted to the heated medium, raising its temperature to meet the required process conditions. When the medium temperature reaches the set value required by the process, the control system adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal through PID calculation, achieving temperature control for the resistive load of the heating elements. This ensures uniform medium temperature and meets the requirements; when the heating element overheats or the liquid level is low, the interlock protection device immediately cuts off the heating power to prevent damage to the heating element and extend its service life.
Application scope: Flange-type stainless steel heaters are mainly used for heat preservation and heating of materials in various storage tanks, containers, and oil tanks in industries such as petroleum, chemical, food, and machinery. The connection method can be flange type or threaded end face sealing.
