Overview of Duct Heater
Duct heaters are mainly used for heating air in ducts, with specifications divided into low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature types. Structurally, they share the common feature of using steel plates to support the electric heating tubes to reduce vibration when the fan stops. Over-temperature control devices are installed in the junction boxes. The low-temperature type can be directly installed on the duct, while the medium and high temperature types, due to structural differences, have 100mm thick insulation material between the outer wall of the duct and the heater junction box, which not only reduces heat dissipation from the entire duct but also lowers the temperature inside the junction box.
Structure of Duct Heater
1. The duct heater uses stainless steel heating tubes as the heating element.
2. The support frame is made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
3. It is constructed using a modular connection method.

1. The electric heating tube is wrapped with corrugated stainless steel strips externally, which increases the heat dissipation area and greatly improves heat exchange efficiency.
2. The heater is reasonably designed with low wind resistance, uniform heating, and no dead zones for high or low temperatures.
3. Double protection ensures excellent performance. A thermostat and fuse are installed on the heater to control the air temperature in the duct and prevent operation without airflow, ensuring absolute safety.
