The main equipment of meltblown equipment: feeding machine, screw extruder, metering pump, meltblown die assembly, air compressor,air electric heater, receiving device, winding device. For producing polyester and other raw materials, a chip drying device is also needed. Auxiliary production equipment mainly includes die cleaning furnace, electrostatic application device, and spray device.
Air electric heater The meltblown process requires a large amount of hot air. The compressed air output from the air compressor is dehumidified and filtered, then sent to the air heater for heating, and then sent to the meltblown die assembly. The air heater shell and heating elements must resist oxidation by high-temperature air, so the material must be stainless steel.
