Working Principle of Air Electric Heater

In the air conditioning process, there are two situations for heating air: The first is heating before the air is treated by water, generally used when the temperature is low in winter, commonly referred to as first heating or preheating. Its purpose is to increase the enthalpy of fresh air and reduce humidity, enhance the humidification capacity of outdoor air in the waste water chamber, so as to increase the percentage of fresh air and meet sanitary requirements. The heater used is called a preheater, and it is located at the air outlet end of the fresh air chamber. The second is heating after the air is treated by water, commonly referred to as second heating or reheating. Its main purpose is to compensate for insufficient heat in the workshop. The heater used is called a reheater, generally installed after the baffle plate of the spray chamber. Although both the preheater and reheater are used to heat air, their functions are not exactly the same; they cannot be confused or substituted, otherwise the air condition in the workshop will change.
