Advantages of Electric Heating Thermal Oil Furnace
Information Summary:
The electric heating thermal oil furnace is a new type of safe, efficient, energy-saving, low-pressure (at normal pressure or lower pressure) special industrial furnace that can provide high-temperature heat energy. It uses thermal oil as the heat carrier, and through the hot oil pump, the heat carrier circulates, transferring heat to the heat-using equipment. The electric heating thermal oil system consists of an explosion-proof electric heater, an organic heat carrier furnace, a heat exchanger (if any), an on-site explosion-proof operation box, a hot oil pump, an expansion tank, etc., combined into a skid. Users only need to connect the power supply, the inlet and outlet pipelines of the medium, and some electrical interfaces to use it.

For the electric heating thermal oil boiler, heat is generated and transmitted by the electric heating elements immersed in the thermal oil. With thermal oil as the medium, the circulation pump is used to force the thermal oil to carry out liquid-phase circulation, transferring heat to one or more heat-using equipment. After being unloaded by the heat-using equipment, it returns through the circulation pump to the heater, absorbs heat again, and transfers it to the heat-using equipment. This cycle repeats, achieving continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object, and meeting the heating process requirements.
