Gear Ring Heater

1. This machine operates at 50Hz and does not alter the material of the gear ring.

  2. High thermal efficiency and fast heating speed, truly energy-saving and efficient.

  3. Digital time control, heating time can be adjusted according to assembly needs.

  4. Lever-type upper yoke, convenient for placing and removing the gear ring.

  5. The stainless steel worktable is covered with special heat-resistant plates, preventing heat loss after heating the gear ring.

  6. Automatic demagnetization function, residual magnetism of the workpiece after heating is less than 3 Gauss.

  7. Suitable for assembly lines, capable of continuous long-term operation with stable performance.

  8. Built-in overheat and overload electrical protection measures.

  9. Uniform heating, clean and pollution-free, ready to use immediately, no fire hazard.

  10. This equipment requires no external parts, has no consumable components, and is easy to maintain.

III. Installation and Commissioning

  1. Install the heater at a suitable position on the assembly line. The main unit should be level horizontally, and vertically it may tilt backward by no more than 3 degrees.

  2. After installation, before use, it is necessary to verify the wiring according to the electrical schematic diagram to ensure there are no errors.

  3. After confirming correctness, close the switch and connect the power supply. At this time, the red indicator light on the equipment should be on.

  4. Place the gear ring to be heated at the set position between the worktable and the main unit, gently press down the movable yoke until it fits flush with the end face of the lower yoke. At this point, commissioning is complete and the equipment is ready for use.

IV. Operating Procedures

  1. Press the start button, the main unit is powered on, the time relay starts counting in seconds, and the gear ring is heated.

  2. Before pressing the stop button, note the time count, then immediately remove the workpiece and measure whether the temperature rise at the inner diameter end plane meets requirements for assembly.

  3. For continuous heating of workpieces of the same specification, switch the function selector to the automatic position, set the heating time, and the power will automatically cut off when the workpiece reaches the set time.

  4. After work is completed, switch the power switch to the stop position to cut off the power.
