Cast aluminum electric heater, various specifications of industrial and civil electric heating castings, mainly include:
1. Cast aluminum and cast copper heaters: tubular electric heating elements are cast into aluminum or copper solutions and pressed into different shapes of heaters. Mainly used for heating and raising temperature in plastic machinery, ovens, water boilers, pipelines, and non-corrosive liquids.
2. Cast iron heaters: electric heating tubes are cast into iron solutions, widely used in die-casting machines for lock, zipper, hardware, toy and other manufacturers. Nozzle heaters, also known as gooseneck heaters, are divided into two types: one casts the heating tube into red copper, the other casts the heating tube into iron.
3. Other special electric heating castings: custom-made in various specifications according to customer needs.
Ordering instructions:
1) Users should provide product drawings or samples. If no drawings or samples are available, they must provide product specifications, model, voltage, power, etc.
2) Surface power density is between 2.5 and 4.0 watts per square centimeter.
3) For cast copper heaters, surface power density is between 3.5 and 5.0 watts per square centimeter.
Cast aluminum heater, cast copper heater, cast iron heater, usage instructions:
1. Working voltage must not exceed 10% of the rated value;
2. The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded;
3. Cast aluminum and cast copper heaters should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1MΩ due to long-term storage, they can be baked in an oven at about 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours to restore normal.
