Materials:

Process:
The heating tube is made by inserting electric heating wire into an outer tube (carbon steel tube, titanium tube, stainless steel tube, copper tube), filling the gaps with magnesium oxide powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation, then shrinking the tube. After heat treatment (some tubes do not require it), it is processed into various shapes as required by the user. It has a simple structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, and good adaptability to harsh environments. It can be used for heating various liquids and acid, alkali, and salt solutions, and is also suitable for heating and melting low-melting-point metals.
Installation Form:
Adhering to the design concept of high efficiency, energy saving, convenience, and practicality, we combine the actual usage conditions of users: large storage tank volume but small amount of oil drawn at one time, and the non-continuous and irregular nature of operations. Therefore, it is not necessary to heat the entire storage tank during heating. While saving electricity, it can also heat quickly. Local or partial heating methods can be adopted to heat part or partial media: the design concept of instant heating, heating only when used, and not heating when not in use. Referring to industry and international standard design specifications, combined with our company's years of practical production experience, we design an instant-heating pump-out type electric heater.
