Characteristics of Pipeline Circulating Heater Air

Application range of the series pipeline air heaters: Pipeline air heaters are a widely used type of heater, commonly referred to as pipeline air heaters. Actually, they can be subdivided into many types based on the different air being heated, all of which can be called duct-type pipeline air heaters. The control part of the electric heater is a precision instrument; handle with care during transportation, and strictly avoid impact or collision. The cylinder part should be lifted properly to avoid deformation and damage to internal heating elements. The pipeline air heater and control cabinet should be stored indoors and protected from rain. When current passes through the high-temperature resistance wire, the generated heat diffuses through crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the surface of the heating tube, and then transfers to the heated gas to achieve heating. Working principle of pipeline air heater: High-temperature resistance wires are uniformly distributed inside a seamless stainless steel tube resistant to high temperatures, and the gaps are densely filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation properties. This structure is not only advanced and highly efficient but also ensures uniform heating. When current flows through the high-temperature resistance wire, the heat generated diffuses through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the metal tube surface, and then transfers to the heated object or air gas to achieve heating. The pipeline air heater is mainly used to heat the required gas flow from the initial temperature to the desired gas temperature, with a maximum of 850°C.
