3. When the heat transfer surface is partially damaged, it can ensure that the two fluids do not mix with each other. During the operation of the finned tube heat exchanger, the cold and hot media are completely separated. During operation
if a single finned tube is damaged due to wear, corrosion, overtemperature, etc., only that single heat pipe fails, and there is no mixing of cold and hot fluids,
and it is convenient to replace a single damaged finned tube. Therefore, it is more suitable for heat exchange occasions with flammable, explosive, corrosive fluids, and has high reliability.
4. It has efficient resistance to low-temperature corrosion. Whenfinned tube heat exchanger is used for waste heat recovery of corrosive flue gas, the heat transfer area can be adjusted to adjust the tube wall temperature of the heat exchange tubes
so that the heat exchange tubes can avoid the most corrosive areas as much as possible.
5. It has high resistance to ash accumulation and blockage. The flue gas flows across the outside of the tubes for heat exchange, which enhances the disturbance of the flue gas. In addition, the finned tubehas a high wall temperature, and the outside of the tube is always
