SRY2-220V Tubular Electric Heater is used for heating hydraulic and lubricating oil in hydraulic and lubrication devices, and can also be used for heating non-corrosive gases or liquids.
1. This electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective sleeve. The heating core uses a tubular electric heating element as the heat source, and the protective sleeve is made of thin stainless steel, which has a large heat dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The terminal device part is divided into ordinary type (using iron-made stretched cup-shaped housing) and special type (using bolted flameproof device housing sealed). The special type meets the requirements of explosion-proof mark dIICT4 and protection level IP65 series standards. 2. The electric heater is connected to the oil tank container body by flange. The protective sleeve isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When maintaining the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil from the tank; just pull out the heating core and replace it with a new one, which is convenient for maintenance.
