The flanges of flange heating tubes are generally divided into threaded flanges and flat flanges. The sizes of threaded flanges are commonly 1 inch, 1.2 inches, 1.5 inches, and 2 inches. Threaded flange tubes are generally suitable for low-power heating, with power typically set from a few kilowatts to over ten kilowatts. Flat flanges are available in sizes from DN10 to DN1200, and different power levels are designed according to customer requirements. Generally, high-power flange heating tubes use flat flanges, ranging from a few kilowatts to hundreds of kilowatts. The surface power is high, which is 2 to 4 times the surface load of air heating.
Process: Most flange heating tubes are manufactured by argon arc welding to connect the electric heating tube to the flange for centralized heating. Alternatively, fastening devices can be used, where each electric heating tube is welded with fasteners. Then, the tube is locked with the flange cover using nuts, the tube and fasteners are joined by argon arc welding, and the sealing part of the fasteners adopts a scientific process.
