However, to obtain a pure austenitic structure in low-carbon nickel steel, the nickel content needs to reach 24%, and only when the nickel content reaches 27% does the steel significantly change its corrosion resistance in certain media. Therefore, from a material perspective, 800, 840, and 316L are relatively better corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant stainless steel electric heating tubes. 800 stainless steel tubes have a nickel content of 30%, and 840 tubes have a nickel content of 20%. If a lower-grade 304 stainless steel tube is used, the nickel content is only 8%. Therefore, products using 316L stainless steel bright bars and high-temperature and corrosion-resistant stainless steel heating tubes with high nickel content are also very advantageous.
