304 Stainless Steel Electric Heating Tube - Yangzhou Darui
Darui Electric recommends
A stainless steel heating tube is made by placing an electric heating wire inside a metal tube, and tightly filling the gaps with crystalline magnesium oxide, which has good thermal conductivity and insulation. The heating element is a spiral alloy resistance wire made of 80% nickel and 20% chromium, with both ends welded to non-heating nickel-chromium steel cold ends. The 304 stainless steel electric heating tube resistance wire is evenly stretched and concentrated inside the stainless steel sheath, then filled with magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation between the resistance wire and the sheath. Finally, the resistance wire is firmly fixed inside the stainless steel sheath tube through a tube shrinking machine. Stainless steel heating tubes can be made into various shapes according to customer requirements.
