Using U-shaped tubular electric heating elements, according to the design specifications for heating different media, they are assembled on the flange cover according to the power configuration requirements, and inserted into the material to be heated. When the heating element works, the large amount of heat generated is conducted to the heated medium, raising the medium temperature to meet the required process requirements. When the medium temperature reaches the set value required by the process, the control system adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor through PID calculation, achieving temperature control of the resistive load of the heating element. This makes the medium temperature uniform and meets the requirements; when the heating element overheats or the liquid level is low, the interlock protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power to avoid burning out the heating element and extend its service life.
Ensure the oil tank, oil pipes, and oil filter solenoid valve are clean, and the SRY/SRY immersion oil heater avoids dirt blocking the oil circuit. In the heater circulation system, antifreeze suitable for the external environment temperature should be used as the circulating heating medium. The heater water pump should be regularly inspected based on user conditions; if the water seal component that provides sealing effect leaks, or the water pump has difficulty starting, etc., it should be repaired in time. The automatic control box, oil filter solenoid, and other electrical components on the heater main unit should be protected according to general low-voltage electrical appliance protection methods. The performance parameters of the automatic control box are carefully debugged by the manufacturer before leaving the factory; users should not modify them arbitrarily. Ensure the thermal control components are in good condition, check regularly, and if the micro switch is found to be malfunctioning or damaged, replace it promptly.
