Mainly used for heat preservation and heating of materials in various storage tanks, containers, and oil tanks in petroleum, chemical, food, machinery, and other industries. The connection method can be flange type or threaded end face sealing.

The explosion-proof electric heater connection flange adopts round flange and square flange forms (add F after the model for square flange), the selected voltage can be 220V or 380V, and a temperature controller can be installed in the wiring chamber. Product applications
The electric heating tube uses high-quality domestic thick-walled seamless stainless steel tubes, American imported high-temperature magnesium oxide powder, and sealing materials, making the heating tube withstand temperatures up to 900°C. The heating tube will not be damaged when dry-burned under temporary dehydration conditions; and it adopts an atmosphere-protected blackening mesh belt furnace with 1060°C high-temperature nitriding treatment process, improving the high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the heating tube, ensuring its service life.

When the heating element works, the large amount of heat generated is conducted to the heated medium, raising the medium temperature to meet the required process requirements.
Tubular electric heating elements (electric heating tubes) use a metal tube as the shell (including stainless steel, copper tube), with spiral electric heating alloy wires (nickel-chromium, iron-chromium-aluminum) uniformly distributed along the central axis inside the tube. The gaps are filled and compacted with magnesium oxide sand that has good insulation and thermal conductivity, and both ends of the tube are sealed with silicone. This metal-sheathed electric heating element can heat air, metal molds, and various liquids.
