HRY14 Sheath Type Heater Device
Function
It is made by inserting electric heating wire into an outer tube (carbon steel tube, titanium tube, stainless steel tube, copper tube), filling the gaps with magnesium oxide powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation, then shrinking the tube. After heat treatment process (some tubes do not require this), it is processed into various shapes as required by the user. It has a simple structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, and good adaptability to harsh environments. It can be used for heating various liquids and acids, alkalis, and salts, and is also suitable for heating and melting metals with low melting points.

Classification by Appearance
Heating tubes can be classified according to their appearance into: straight single-end heating tubes, straight double-end heating tubes, U-shaped heating tubes, W-shaped heating tubes, special-shaped heating tubes, and spiral heating tubes.
Manufacturer Introduction:
Electric heating tubes, also known as heating tubes or heating elements, scientifically named tubular electric heating elements, are made by placing coiled heating wire (resistance wire) into a metal tube,
and filling the surrounding and gap parts with insulating powder (MgO) that has good heat resistance, thermal conductivity, and insulation. The ends of the heating wire have lead-out rods or wires. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency, safety and reliability, easy installation, and long service life. It is widely used in various devices such as saltpeter tanks, water tanks, oil tanks, acid and alkali tanks, fusible metal melting furnaces, air heating furnaces, drying furnaces, drying ovens, and hot pressing molds.
