SRY6-9 Tubular Heater Element



Fluid explosion-proof electric heater is a device that converts electrical energy into heat energy to heat the material to be heated. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters its inlet through the pipeline under pressure, and along the specific heat exchange flow channel inside the electric heating container, following the path designed based on fluid thermodynamics principles, it carries away the high-temperature heat energy generated during the operation of the electric heating element, raising the temperature of the heated medium, and the outlet of the electric heater obtains the high-temperature medium required by the process. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet, making the medium temperature at the outlet uniform; when the heating element overheats, the independent overheat protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply, preventing the heated material from overheating, which could cause deterioration, coking, or carbonization, and in severe cases, burning out the heating element, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.





1. The working voltage must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.

2. The dimension "B" in the figure must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning out; the heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.

3. The mounting hole size of this electric heater is φ65mm.

4. This model of heater is designed according to the JB2379-78 flowing oil standard, with a surface load of 2-3.8 w/cm2.

5. When selecting, the heater size should be determined based on the actual dimensions of the heating medium.

Note: This heater can be directly mixed with SRY2 and SRY4 types.

Generally speaking, we can divide immersed tubular electric heaters into six categories: finned electric heating tube heaters, flange electric heating tube heaters, titanium electric heating tube heaters, Teflon electric heating tube heaters, quartz heating tube heaters, and radiant electric heating tube heaters.

High heating temperature: The maximum working temperature of the heater design can reach 850°C. The medium outlet temperature is uniform, and temperature control accuracy is high. Wide application range and strong adaptability: This heater can be used in explosion-proof or ordinary places, with explosion-proof grades up to dⅡB and C, and pressure resistance up to 20MPa. Long life and high reliability: This heater is made of special electric heating materials, with low surface power load design and multiple protections, greatly enhancing the safety and lifespan of the electric heater. Fully automatic control: According to requirements, through the heater circuit design, automatic control of outlet temperature, flow, pressure, and other parameters can be conveniently achieved, and it can be networked with computers. Significant energy-saving effect: Almost 100% of the electrical energy generated is transferred to the heating medium.
