220v6kw Immersion Tubular Electric Heater Heat Output
The heat output can be adjusted by using a voltage regulator to change the input voltage and current.
The heat output is proportional to the square of the voltage and the square of the current.
When the voltage is reduced to half of its original value, the heat output becomes 1/4 of the original.
When the current is reduced to half of its original value, the heat output also becomes 1/4 of the original.
C (specific heat capacity of the substance to be heated) * M (total mass of the substance to be heated) * T (temperature difference) = P (power) * T (time)
220v6kw Immersion Tubular Electric Heater Classification
1. According to the wiring method, it can be classified into single-head electric heating tubes and double-head electric heating tubes.
2. According to the material, it can be classified into stainless steel electric heating tubes, quartz electric heating tubes, Teflon electric heating tubes, and titanium electric heating tubes.
3. According to the shape, it can be classified into straight electric heating tubes, U-shaped electric heating tubes, L-shaped electric heating tubes, W-shaped electric heating tubes, finned electric heating tubes, and special-shaped electric heating tubes.
4. According to the application, it can be classified into dry-burning electric heating tubes and water-burning electric heating tubes.
5. According to the heating method, it can be classified into conventional resistance heating tubes and radiant electric heating tubes.
1. The working voltage must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value. The shell should be effectively grounded.
2. Working environment: humidity not greater than 95%, no explosive or corrosive gases.
3. The dimension "C" in the figure must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning out. The heated oil should be non-corrosive.
4. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, the voltage should be reduced for use, and then increased to the rated voltage after melting.
5. If carbon deposits are found on the tube surface, they must be completely removed before use to avoid reducing efficiency or even burning out.
6. The outlet end must be kept dry and clean to avoid surface flashing or short circuits.
7. The element should be stored in a dry and ventilated place. If stored for a long time and its insulation resistance to ground drops below 1MΩ, it can be dried in an oven at about 200°C for several hours to restore.
