The U-shaped electric heating tube is made by placing electric heating wire inside a seamless metal tube (carbon steel tube, titanium tube, stainless steel tube, copper tube), and tightly filling the gap with crystalline magnesium oxide that has good thermal conductivity and insulation. The two ends of the heating wire are connected to the power supply through two lead-out rods. After filling the gap with magnesium oxide powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation, the tube is shrunk. Because the heating tube is bent like the English letter U, it is called a U-shaped electric heating tube
