1. This electric heater is a top-mounted angle type, which can be installed on the top plate of oil tanks and containers, making installation, disassembly, maintenance, and replacement convenient. It is safer and more reliable than installing on the side of the oil tank, eliminating the potential oil leakage caused by connecting flanges and sealing gaskets. The electric heater can be replaced without draining the oil in the tank, saving the maintenance space needed for replacing side-mounted heaters.
2. The A dimension of this electric heater can be customized according to user needs. The top-mounted angle electric heater has various surface load options for selection. Proper selection can prevent oil carbonization and burning; it is safe, reliable, and extends the service life of the medium. The mounting hole for SRY5-Ⅱ type is φ90, and the A and B dimensions of various standard heaters can be customized according to the application environment.
3. Special voltage and power electric heaters can be produced according to customer requirements, and temperature control devices can be added to the heater based on actual conditions.
