Introduction to Pipeline Heater:
A pipeline heater is an electric heating device that uses heating tubes installed inside a cylindrical insulated container to heat gases or liquids. Pipeline heaters feature fast heating speed, good thermal insulation performance, and high heating temperature.
The pipeline heater consists of two parts: the main body and the control system. The heating element uses stainless steel tubes as protective casings, high-temperature resistance alloy wires, and crystalline magnesium oxide powder, formed through a compression process. The control part adopts advanced digital circuits, integrated circuit triggers, high reverse voltage thyristors, etc., to form an adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system, ensuring the normal operation of the electric heater.
Features of Pipeline Heater:
1. The pipeline heater adopts a stainless steel cylinder, which is small in size, occupies less space, and is easy to move. It has strong corrosion resistance. A thickened insulation layer is used between the stainless steel inner tank and the stainless steel outer shell, minimizing heat loss, maintaining temperature, and saving electricity.
2. The main components of the high-quality heating element (stainless steel electric heating tube) use imported materials, and the processing process also uses advanced production equipment and technology, combined with different voltages to achieve the highest performance. Its insulation, voltage resistance, and moisture resistance are all higher than standard, ensuring safe and reliable use.
3. The medium flow direction design is reasonable, heating is uniform, with no high or low temperature dead corners, and high thermal efficiency.
4. The pipeline heater is equipped with a temperature controller from a well-known domestic brand, allowing users to freely set the temperature. All are equipped with overheat protectors to control temperature and prevent over-temperature protection in case of water shortage, avoiding damage to the heating elements and the system.
Structural Types of Pipeline Heater:
Pipeline heaters are divided into horizontal and vertical types, with the same working principle.
1. Vertical pipeline heaters occupy a small footprint but have height requirements; horizontal ones occupy a larger area but have no height requirements.
2. The materials for vertical and horizontal pipeline heaters include: carbon steel, stainless steel SUS304, stainless steel SUS316L, stainless steel 310S, etc. Appropriate materials are selected according to different process requirements for heating.
3. The pipeline heater uses flange-type electric heating tubes for heating, and is equipped with professionally designed guide plates to ensure uniform heating of the electric heating tubes and full absorption of heat by the heating medium.
4. For high-temperature requirements (outlet temperature greater than 600°C), high-temperature resistant stainless steel 310S electric radiation heating tubes are used for heating, and the outlet temperature can reach 800°C.
