In oil cooling circuits of mechanical manufacturing and textile equipment, excessive oil charge often leads to delayed temperature rise response and accelerated oil oxidation. The BXS-45 brazed stainless steel heat exchanger, through its compact plate channel design, can reduce system oil charge by approximately 15%~20% at the same heat exchange capacity, helping to shorten the oil temperature adjustment cycle. The plates are vacuum brazed to form a fully welded structure without rubber gaskets, suitable for a temperature range of -40℃~200℃ and a design pressure of 3.0MPa. During on-site inspections, maintenance personnel should focus on the inlet-outlet pressure difference and oil temperature trend: if the pressure difference continues to rise while oil temperature simultaneously increases, check for particle deposition in the oil-side channels; if the pressure difference is normal but heat exchange capacity declines, check the water-side flow rate and scaling conditions. When used in heating tables in the food industry, the stainless steel surface is easy to clean daily, but prolonged contact with strongly acidic cleaning agents should be avoided; neutral or weakly alkaline cleaning agents are recommended, followed by timely rinsing and drying after cleaning. This model's plate material is 304/316L stainless steel, with DN50 port specifications, a single-unit heat exchange area of 4.5m², overall dimensions of approximately 620×280×420mm, and a weight of approximately 48kg. During installation, it is recommended to reserve ≥300mm of maintenance space, install a Y-type strainer on the water side, and use an oil-side filter with a precision of no less than 100μm. Compared with solutions in the mechanical manufacturing and textile industries, this model has clear data support in terms of compactness and oil charge control, making it suitable for oil cooling circuit retrofit projects with limited space.
