When selecting equipment for food heating table projects, a common problem is encountered: with high equipment cleaning frequency, if the heat exchanger has aging rubber gaskets or residual gaps, it will affect cleaning effectiveness and maintenance cycles. The BXS-55 brazed stainless steel heat exchanger uses a vacuum brazing process between plates to form an all-welded structure with no rubber gaskets, structurally reducing the maintenance needs caused by aging seals.
This model has an applicable temperature range of -40℃~200℃ and a design pressure of 3.0MPa. Since there are no removable gaskets, daily maintenance mainly consists of external cleaning and inspection of operating parameters. In food industry heating table applications, the stainless steel surface is easy to clean, but prolonged contact with strongly acidic cleaning agents should be avoided to prevent affecting the surface condition. In oil cooling circuits of mechanical manufacturing and textile equipment, the compact flow channels can reduce system oil charge, indirectly lowering oil change and waste oil disposal costs.
Design and selection personnel need to confirm the compatibility of plate material and brazing material according to medium characteristics, and calculate the pressure drop and heat exchange margin under actual working conditions. During installation, reserve maintenance space to facilitate observation of inlet and outlet pressure difference changes. If operating under conditions close to 200℃ for a long time, it is recommended to regularly record inlet and outlet temperature and pressure data as a basis for judging the internal flow channel status. During shutdown periods, the internal medium should be drained to avoid damage caused by residual liquid in low-temperature environments.
Compared with solutions in the mechanical manufacturing and textile industries, the food industry pays more attention to surface cleanliness and medium contact safety. This model can meet the needs of various working conditions, but specific applicability needs to be comprehensively evaluated based on medium composition, operating temperature, and pressure.
