When purchasing an industrial electric heating furnace, the workpiece material, loading capacity, target temperature curve, and atmosphere requirements directly determine the furnace type selection. The RX3-45-12 trolley-type industrial electric heating furnace is designed for medium and high temperature heat treatment scenarios, with a rated power of 45kW and a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C. The common operating range is 200–1150°C. The effective furnace chamber dimensions can be customized according to user requirements. The standard configuration is length 900mm × width 600mm × height 450mm, with a maximum loading weight of 1500kg (including tooling). The furnace lining adopts a composite structure of high-alumina refractory bricks and ceramic fibers, reducing furnace heat storage and surface temperature rise.
The heating elements are made of 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high-temperature resistance alloy wire, wound into a spiral shape and installed on the wire-supporting bricks on both sides and at the bottom of the furnace chamber, facilitating local replacement. Temperature control adopts PID-regulated intelligent temperature control instruments, combined with K-type or S-type thermocouples, with a temperature control accuracy of up to ±2°C. The furnace temperature uniformity is in accordance with the relevant requirements of GB/T 10067.4. Under no-load testing within the effective heating zone, it can be controlled within ±8°C. When the measured current continuously remains below 85% of the rated value, or when the surface temperature of the heating element abnormally rises while the workpiece temperature in the furnace does not increase, it is recommended to check the oxidation degree of the resistance wire and the state of the insulation layer, and replace components of the same specification if necessary.
This furnace type is suitable for normalizing, annealing, and quenching heating of carbon steel and alloy steel. It can also be used for solution treatment of aluminum alloys and aging treatment of some non-ferrous metals. It supports direct heating in air. If a protective atmosphere is required, an atmosphere interface and flow control device can be added. During loading, the distance between the workpiece and the heating element should not be less than 100mm to avoid local overheating. The trolley and furnace door linkage mechanism is driven electrically or pneumatically. Operators must proportion the load according to the rated loading weight. Overloading will affect temperature control accuracy and shorten the service life of the furnace lining. The equipment should be installed in a workshop with good ventilation and no corrosive gases, and the grounding resistance should not exceed 4Ω.
Before inquiry, please confirm the following information: the required maximum operating temperature and common temperature range, the maximum single loading weight and workpiece dimensions, whether a protective atmosphere or vacuum environment is required, the workshop power supply voltage and number of phases, the installation space limitations of the furnace body, and whether a recorder or remote monitoring interface is required. Selecting specifications based on actual process parameters can avoid insufficient equipment capacity or redundant waste.
