The nitrogen electric heater is mainly used to heat the required nitrogen flow from the initial temperature to the required nitrogen temperature, up to 850°C. It can heat any gas, and the produced hot nitrogen is dry and moisture-free, non-conductive, non-combustible, non-explosive, non-corrosive, non-polluting, safe and reliable, and the heated space heats up quickly (controllable).
Nitrogen electric heaters are widely used in various units of ethylene plants. In the polyethylene raw material refining unit, during the process of removing impurities such as ethylene, butene, and isopentane from the raw materials in the refining bed, over time, the molecular sieve becomes saturated and loses its ability to refine the raw materials. The nitrogen heater is used to heat nitrogen, and by uniformly heating the pressurized nitrogen, the hot nitrogen enters the molecular sieve, carries away impurities, and restores the molecular sieve's function. This is the role of the nitrogen electric heater. In production, whether the nitrogen electric heater works properly directly affects the normal production of the polyethylene plant. Therefore, it is necessary to master the working principle of the nitrogen electric heater and be able to handle faults in a timely manner to ensure the stable operation of the plant.
