I. Purpose and Features 

DYK-75(II) Air Electric Heater is suitable for heating the gasification air of air conveying chutes in power stations, heating the gasification air of ash hoppers in electrostatic precipitators and ash silos, as well as for other applications requiring heated air. The equipment consists of two parts: the air electric heater body and the control system. The heating element uses 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel tube as the protective sleeve, 0Cr27Al7MO2 high-temperature resistance alloy wire, and crystalline magnesium oxide powder, formed through a compression process. The control part adopts advanced digital circuits, integrated circuit triggers, high reverse voltage thyristors, etc., to form an adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system, ensuring the normal operation of the electric heater. The heating element adopts a straight tube type instead of a U-shaped structure, and can be easily installed and removed with a special wrench. The electric heating tube has good thermal conductivity and excellent insulation. A flow guide plate is provided inside the heater to ensure uniform heating. 



The air electric heater control cabinet has interlocking control functions with the gasification fan, as well as local control and remote control interfaces. When the equipment suddenly stops and restarts, the control cabinet can automatically adjust smoothly.

Product Overview:

This electric heater heats the fluid through forced convection. That is, a pump pumps the fluid into the heating chamber at one end of the heater, and after heating, it flows out from the other end. It is a heating method that uses a pump for forced circulation. Compared with traditional heating methods, it has significant energy saving, scientific process, convenient installation and use, and obvious economic benefits.

DYK-75(II) Air Electric Heater

1. Small size, high power.

The heater mainly uses clustered tubular heating elements inside. The maximum power of each clustered tubular electric heating element reaches 2000kW.

2. Fast thermal response, high temperature control accuracy, and high overall thermal efficiency.

3. Wide application range and strong adaptability.

The heater can be used in explosion-proof or ordinary occasions. Its explosion-proof level can reach Class B and Class C, and its pressure resistance can reach 20Mpa. The cylinder can be installed vertically or horizontally according to user needs.

4. High heating temperature.

The maximum working temperature designed for the heater can reach 650°C, which cannot be achieved by general heat exchangers.

5. Fully automatic control.

Through the circuit design of the heater, automatic control of parameters such as outlet temperature, pressure, and flow can be easily realized, and it can be connected to a computer network to achieve human-machine dialogue.

6. Long life and high reliability.

The heater is made of special electric heating materials, and the design power load is relatively conservative. The heater adopts multiple protections, which greatly increases the safety and service life of the heater.
